* Reboot may be necessary for these changes to take effect *

This is the FPSData environment variable that is set up on your computer at the time of installation. This variable is required by all versions of FPS <= 6.99. If you are using Version 7.0 or greater see %FP7Data%.

This is the location that most FPS reports are to reside upon creation. While some reports and tmp files may also be written to the folder that contains the database being used. By default FPS installs with:

FPSData = C:\FPS\Data\

IMPORTANT: Always have the terminating "\". All FPS utilities are supposed to add this value but to be sure that the routines properly run terminate with "\" if you make changes to this value.

This is also the location that the Database.ini file is located that is used by all FPS routines to locate the database to be processed.

for the advanced user UNC addresses may be used. i.e.:

\\LittleBlue\Data\FPSData\
